The word “love” is something we all find personal meaning in. We all want to share love with someone, to receive love, to feel loved. Love is a ruling theme in our lives (well, duh, it’s what we came from and what we always return to). We search for it during all stages of development, from childhood to adolescence, to adulthood and into our golden years. We seek out love from parents, family, peers, employers, and acquaintances, just to name a few. To understand love more deeply, who better to ask than our kiddos? Their innocence, charm, and humor are captivating…and they’re great teachers!

Can you describe love in 3 words? Caring, marriage, courage.
This Valentine’s Day (and every day), try to appreciate all the Love that there is in your life, no matter how that looks: kids, friends, family, loved ones, spouses or significant others, animals, businesses, hobbies, passions… the list is endless. Love takes so many different forms. If we look close enough, we will see so many examples of how much Love we have right Now. And don’t forget to take time to treat someone special (YOU) to some extra TLC. The world will be a brighter place: the better you feel, the bigger your shine. The bigger your shine, the greater positive impact you have on everyone, including your family.
